class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fd39bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1fd39bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A duly completed application form (BI-1738) signed by the applicant.<\/li>\n<li>Passport valid for no less than 30 days after expiry of intended visit<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) passport photos<\/li>\n<li>Medical report (physical)<\/li>\n<li>Radiological report (chest X-ray) or skin TB test<\/li>\n<li>Police clearance certificate from all countries applicant lived in since age 18 for one year or longer<\/li>\n<li>Flight itinerary<\/li>\n<li>A non-refundable fee of <strong>$255.00 money order<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proof of U.S. legal status (green card, H1B, etc) if applicant, not U.S. citizen<\/li>\n<li>Letter from U.S. employer confirming that the applicant shall be transferred to a sister Company\/branch\/affiliate Company in RSA and undertake that applicant will leave at the end of two years.<\/li>\n<li>Letter from the South African Company confirming the transfer of such applicant from the parent Company\/affiliate Company specifying the occupation and capacity in which the applicant will be employed and that the maximum duration will not exceed two (2) years.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of an employment contract with the U.S. Company<\/li>\n<li>Proof of financial means in the form of a bank statements.<\/li>\n<li>All prescribed requirements if the spouse and dependent children will accompany the applicant.<\/li>\n<li>The foreigner&#8217;s contract of employment with the company abroad valid for a period of not less than six months<\/li>\n<li>The relevant employer shall ensure that the foreigner is only employed in the specific position for which the visa has been issued<\/li>\n<li>A plan is developed for the transfer of skills to a South African citizen or permanent residence<\/li>\n<li>An intra-company transfer work visa shall be issued for a\u00a0period not exceeding four years and is not renewable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-432b89a elementor-widget-divider--view-line
