South Africa participated in a weekend of culinary adventures at the MidAtlantic Wine and Food Festival in Wilmington, Delaware that included events with regional focus on South African wine, food, music, arts and culture.  Featured were visiting South African personalities Chef Hugo Uys, Chef Pierre Van Zyl, Quoin Rock Winemaker Thys Lombard and products such as Wines of South Africa, Brand South Africa, South African Summer Citrus, Cape Food and Beverage, Peppadew USA and others.
